The Retired Judges of the Southern Colorado Mediation Judges have the proven respect of the bench and bar throughout the state of Colorado. Each of our judges has presided over thousands of proceedings including all aspects of District Court domestic relations and civil proceedings to include complex commercial litigation, class actions, personal injury, contract, construction, and medical malpractice.
